Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Quality Food Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Successfully Lead the SQF project by implementing, verifying, validating, and maintaining the SQF system
Lead the Health and Safety program in the plant.
Responsible for document control within the SQF system and implementation in our facilities.
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with SQF Leader in Head Office
Maintains work areas in a sanitized and orderly manner in compliance with our regulations.
Perform internal audits and fully document root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations.
Ensure compliance with product specifications, labeling, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Food Safety Practices, Safety Programs and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
HACCP and SQF Certified preferred.
Knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
