Goudy Transport is a locally owned and operated company that has provided services in the oil, gas, and agricultural industry for over 35 years. Our fleet of trucks travels mainly throughout South East Saskatchewan and the nearby United States. We are located outside of Stoughton, Saskatchewan.
Job Description
Goudy Transport is accepting applications for a permanent Full-Time position for Tank Truck Drivers, based out of Stoughton, Saskatchewan. Goudy Transport operates in a fast-paced environment where we want our employees to succeed, our employees health and safety is a priority.
Information Regarding the Job:
This position reports to dispatch and the owner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety and emergency equipment is in good working order. This includes performing general inspections and pre and post trip inspections to ensure the units are operating properly under guidelines set in the company policy.  
Ensure proper loading and unloading of cargo; adhere to weight limits and ensure proper utilization of company equipment.
Comply with Company policies and procedures, Health and Safety procedures, Department of Transportation, Hazardous Materials/Waste requirements and regulations.
Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle service and repair status, following applicable provincial and federal regulations. Completing and maintaining all required paperwork and documentation within time limits (tickets, daily logs, time sheets and trip reports).  
Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations and damages to the vehicle.
Complete daily scheduled deliveries and services in a timely manner.
Comply with company, federal and provincial environmental health and safety procedures and operating guidelines.
