Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time C-Store Supervisor at our Gas Bar in Kamsack, SK.

What youll do:

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here." This will be accomplished by:

-Supervising and delegating employees workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
-Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.
-General Gas Bar duties - operating Point of Sale system, dispensing fuel, stocking, receiving, ordering

You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset)
You have above average communication skills and computer skills
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 60 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
