In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world  we are looking for someone to fulfill Retail Finance Coordinator at any of our locations. This position is a full time permanent position

As a Retail Finance Coordinator,you will be responsible for promoting all aspects of the business of John Deere Financial, assisting sales via support with the sales finance process for Pattison Agriculture Ltd.  Candidate is expected to market services provided by John Deere Financial as set by the company, bringing value around the Pattison Agriculture Brand.

Successful candidate must have: a valid drivers license and must be willing to travel; 2+ years experience recognizing and satisfying customer needs through a thorough understanding of the selling and financing processes is required; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities; strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail and ability to work as a part of the team is required; related post-secondary education and previous experience in the Agriculture Equipment industry is an asset.
