Description

We are seeking an energetic individual with great attention to detail and time management skills.  Preference will be given to those with previous housekeeping/cleaning experience but we will train the ideal candidate if necessary.  

** A clean criminal record and a valid driver's license are required to be considered for employment**


Your primary job responsibilities will be cleaning and restoring soft contents that have been impacted by water, sewage, or smoke as well as inventorying and entering contents data into the computer.  Other job duties and responsibilities include:
-Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety
-Communicating/accepting direction from senior staff and management
-Loading, unloading, packing contents
-Following specific care instructions of contents
-Meticulous residential and commercial cleaning after demo/rebuild/flooring are finalized
  -washing walls, ceilings, windows
  -vacuuming carpets, rugs, and drapes
  -dusting, polishing, wiping surfaces

Skills and abilities:
-Positive and professional Attitude
-Be physically fit (bending, lifting, standing)
-Willing to work both independently and as a team
-Safety conscious & willing to wear provided PPE

Conditions of Employment:
Must be able to wear a respirator during the workday as a precautionary measure for COVID-19
-Clean criminal record
-Valid driver's license and clean abstract
-Grade 12 education, or equivalent
-Communicate efficiently in English (verbal & written)
