RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving of F.C.L. orders and outside suppliers, writing up of orders, maintenance of perpetual inventory in retail controller, initiating claims to suppliers including inventories, service and warranty. Development of processes to track distribution and warehouse inventories. Completion of Home Centre minus reports. Coordination of Rebate programs and customer sales orders. Resolution of Inventory discrepancies. Supervision and training staff on inventory processes. Assist on sales floor as required. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Preference given to individual with experience in sales industry, logistics and material management. Previous experience with perpetual inventory required. Must have analytical skills, multitasking capabilities, time management, knowledge in barcode equipment and inventory software and strong communication skills. Must have strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Must be able to advance inventory to the next level. Heavy lifting is involved. Evening and weekend shifts are required. This position is classified as a Safety Sensitive Position: therefore, is subject to pre-employment Alcohol & Substance testing as a condition of employment.
