Agricultural Equipment Shop Foreman

Robertson Implements, Swift Current location is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team. As a Shop Foreman you will be responsible for leading the service team and providing exceptional customer service experiences. You must enjoy working with people and building relationships with customers. The role involves department supervision, meeting customers, offering service advice, selling services and products, estimating and scheduling work.

Key attributes:

Experience and understanding of the Ag Industry.
Strong communication, computer skills, and exceptional organization.
Previous experience with New Holland equipment.
A proven track record as a leader, being able to work independently and solve problems.
Excellent mechanical knowledge and trouble-shooting ability
