We are committed to supporting our local co-ops and the communities they serve. Working together to provide essential services to communities across Western Canada, we are hiring a Manager, Agronomic Market Development on a Permanent basis at our Home Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:
Youre an important part of upholding the Co-op Agros Grow Team vision of being a trusted agronomic partner to farm customers. Youll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of value to Co-op Agro farm customers, and are a pillar of local Co-ops business growth in seed, crop protection, and crop nutrition products.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Sales & Marketing and:
You have a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture, or a Bachelors of Commerce with agricultural experience
You have a minimum of 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in agronomy, sales, or research experience in agriculture (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
Youre licensed to practice agrology (PAg); a Certified Crop Advisor is an asset
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
