Description

As a Product Manager, you will guide the strategy and execution for Vendastas Marketplace Merchant Services initiatives. You will identify and prioritize high-impact marketplace work by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering insights from users and other stakeholders, and testing prototypes and features. Working with the GM, Director of Product, software developers, and the design team, you will build innovative and customer-focused solutions for our channel partners and the small-to-medium-sized businesses they serve.

To thrive in this role, youll have 5+ years of product management experience with a strong understanding of agile software development. You will have also demonstrated experience in ecommerce. Marketplaces, fintech, and online payment systems experience will be considered an asset. As a company, were nimble and highly competitive, so youll need to embrace change and think strategically at every stage of the product life cycle.

Proven track record working with ecommerce platforms or online marketplaces
Up-to-date with current product growth tactics like product-led growth, growth loops, growth hacking
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities that prioritize across multiple key stakeholders
Ability to make confident recommendations based on data analysis, customer insight and ongoing stakeholder engagement
5+ years in software/product management experience considered a strong asset
Bachelors of Computer Science and MBA are considered to be strong assets
