Description

Yorkton Toyota, a member of the Key Auto Group, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Financial Services Manager. We are seeking an individual who has excellent communication skills, extensive customer service knowledge and upholds high ethical standards to work closely with our Sales and Management team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborating with the customer to arrange for financing, finalize purchases, present extended service warranties and other owner protection programs during completion of the sales contract.
- Reviewing customer credit reports and seeking out appropriate financing options.
- Working closely with the sales and accounting team members and maintaining familiarity with the procedures in both of these departments.
- Promoting all additional services and products the dealership offers and staying current with regard to financial services offerings and alternatives.
- Ensuring all paperwork  is signed, sealed and delivered to the appropriate departments and outside vendors.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting is preferred. Preference will be given to applicants with previous sales and management experience within the automotive industry.
- Customer focused with the ability to establish rapport and collect and assess information based on customer needs.
- Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills resulting in the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Criminal record clearance and valid Drivers License are required.
