1. Leadership

Help teach how to identify wastes
Maintain library of Lean literature
2. CI
o Collect and summarize CI ideas and post
o Direct CI ideas towards reducing hours on large/repeat jobs
o Monthly rewards for most impactful CI idea
3. Quality system
o Audit quality system regularly - test parts, visual audits, test operators on their department standards
o Train operators on quality standards
o Update quality system to better align with what is possible
o Summarize quality failures and direct changes to solve those failures
o Respond to customer Non-conformances
o Assist using fishbone, 5-why's for problem solving
o Input into how to automate quality checks
5. 5S audits and system maintenance
o Coordinate with teams to apply 5S for preventative maintenance
o Streamline 5S system currently in place for ease of completion
o Weekly reporting on 5S sign-offs
