Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Senior Tax Accountant



Responsibilities:
- Prepare corporate and personal income tax returns from accounting records
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Provide financial, business and tax advice
- Corporate Income Tax planning and preparation, financial statements
- Personal Income Tax planning and preparation
- Examine accounting records




Qualifications:
-    CPA designation is mandatory
-    Farming background is an asset
-    Minimum 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm
-    Ability to Supervise employees
-    Experience preparing and reviewing Notice to Reader, Review and Audit engagements is an asset
-    Technical skills including familiarity with the latest changes to GAAP is an asset
-    Experience with software including Caseware, Tax Prep, and Microsoft Office is an asset
-    Experience with Municipal audits a plus
