Description

Cross Borders is a progressive exploration drilling company looking to fill a Operations Manager position.

Successful Candidate:

- Demonstrate an ability to work in a self-managed environment
- Skilled in negotiations, budgeting, and scheduling
- Strong sales skills with a professional demeanour
- Strong public speaking skill-set
- Creative and progressive
- Strong computer skillset with experience in MS Office (especially Excel), Adobe

Candidate is responsible for:

- Defining organizational strategic goals
- Creating sales and marketing plans, seeing through these plans.
- Analyzes project profit and loss statements
- Collaboratively manages the RFP process, writing proposals and giving presentations.  
- Coordinates all aspects of project requirements - ie: scheduling, staffing, procurement of materials, equipment, etc.
- Conducts project performance reviews with clients
- Day to day communications with clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction

Salary dependent on candidates abilities and skill-set
