Welldone Mechanical is currently looking for an Operations Manager to run the service department. The most active role in the company, the Operations Manager works closely with techs, customers, and suppliers, in order to build relationships and manage daily operations.

Required Experience
    Bachelors degree (Engineering, Bus. Admin or others.)
OR
5+ years experience with Commercial HVAC systems
    2-5+ years of Management experience
    Mechanical aptitude
    Coaching and leadership experience
