You will be responsible for the reception area handling customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing support to the purchasing team in the areas of customs documentation and administration. Additional duties of the position will include creating and editing documents, assisting with organizing meetings and schedules, data base entry, ordering office supplies, and other duties as required. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of agricultural manufacturing, a certificate or diploma in business or office administration education supplemented with 2 to 5 years related experience. The successful candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational and communication skills, friendly, able to interact with clients and colleagues with diplomacy.
