Working together to provide essential services to communities across Western Canada, we are hiring a Fertilizer Terminal Supervisor on a permanent basis at our Fertilizer Terminal in Hanley, Saskatchewan (30 minutes south of Saskatoon).
What youll do:
You will provide direction to employees; assuring that a high standard of efficiency, safety, customer service, and overall upkeep of the facility is maintained. Other responsibilities focus on process improvements, routine and non-routine maintenance plans, assisting with audits, and having a high regard for the overall quality of product shipping through the facility.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:
You have a Bachelors Degree, with a preference for Agriculture or Commerce.
You have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience working with operating equipment in a production or manufacturing facility. This includes 1-3 years of supervisory experience with strong time management and planning skills (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). You have excellent communication and people skills, both written and oral, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and are proficient with computer programs (ex. Excel, Word, Outlook).
Mechanical aptitude training and certification, millwright, and welding certification would be an asset. Experience running mobile equipment including Front-End Loaders, Skid Steers, and Track Mobiles also an asset.
