Our office assistant is largely responsible for:
- Engaging with clients and other visitors in-person and over the phone
- Directing calls into our 8-line switchboard
- Handling all inquiries coming into the office professionally and efficiently
- Client database management
- Managing and coordinating of various administrative functions
Other responsibilities come with the position too but as the first person our clients typically see or speak with, these are most important. A warm and outgoing personality is essential.
We ask that our office assistant have:
- A recognized Business College diploma
- At least three years of general office experience
- Strong communication skills
