The Salvation Army is looking for a qualified and dedicated individual for the Residential Youth Worker position at Crossroads Residential Services - Bethany Home.

The Residential Youth Worker is required to demonstrate empathy, concern, and interest in providing quality care to residents in accordance with The Salvation Army values & standards.

Educational Requirement: Preferred certificate, diploma, or degree in related field (ie: Social Work, Youth Care Diploma, Addictions, or other Humanities) & 1-3 Years Experience working with youth.
First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certificates are required.
Must be able and willing to provide Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector.
Must be able and willing to provide a Drivers Abstract with clean driving record.
Shift: Casual - shifts 8am to 4pm, 4pm to 12am, 12am to 8am, 1pm to 9pm
