As the Human Resources Associate, you will provide support to the Human Resources function and maintain sole responsibility for facilities and office management.
To qualify, you will have a Diploma in Administration or Commerce, specializing in Human Resources or similar discipline and a valid Class 5 drivers license. A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation appointment as Commissioner for Oaths is preferred. In addition, you have four years of progressively more responsible experience in the following areas:
o Workforce Planning and Succession Planning
o Employment Policy Development
o Recruitment and Retention
o Training and Development
o Employee Relations
o Recognition Systems
o Job Evaluation
o Compensation
Special Requirements: The position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Record Check.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
