Job Description: The Nutrition Services Manager is accountable for the overall management and coordination of quality Nutrition Services for the Lloydminster area. This includes administration of Food Production, Client Food Services and Staff/Public Food Services for Lloydminster Hospital, Jubilee Home, Maidstone Health Complex, Cut Knife Health Complex and Riverside Health Complex.
The Nutrition Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality Clinical Nutrition programming and services in long term care, acute care, and outpatient settings in Lloydminster (Lloydminster Hospital, Jubilee Home, Dr. Cook Extended Care Center, Lloydminster Continuing Care, and Community Health Services Building), Maidstone, Turtleford, St. Walburg, Neilburg, Cut Knife, Thunder Child, Paradise Hill and Edam.
The Nutrition Services Manager serves as the Clinical Liaison between the Clinical Dietitians and the Food Services Operations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and successful completion of an Internship Program or equivalent
Eligible for registration with the Provincial Dietitians Associations (SK)
Food Safe Certification Levels 1 and 2
Three to five years management experience in the field of Nutrition required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven organizational and leadership skills
Strong problem solving skills
Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, etc.)
Valid Drivers License
Expected Start Date: September 28, 2020
Expected Up To Date: July 9, 2021
FTE: 1.00
Hours of Work: In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours
