Job Description: Under the direction of the Director, Strategic Financial Planning and Allocation, the Specialist, Strategic Financial Planning & Allocation is accountable to identify information technology requirements, strategies and solutions for the Department of Finance.

The Specialist is accountable for ongoing support of financial applications software, including maintenance, upgrading, testing, implementation and participation in development including building business cases and developing requirements documents for RFP through to implementation.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
3 to 5 years experience at a mid-financial level in similar areas of complexity and scope.

Knowledge of the healthcare system in Saskatchewan
