Description

Victory Safety and Training is a safety training company primarily focusing on providing safety certification necessary to obtain employment/maintain employment in sectors such as oil and gas, mining, construction among others.

We are currently looking to fill a full time office assistant position in Saskatoon. The position is a fast paced position involving assisting in many different areas of our operations such as (but not limited to):
- Completing/maintaining student certifications and records
- Assisting with invoicing
- Taking student registrations/course bookings
- Preparation of course materials
- General office administrative duties
- Walk in drug and alcohol screening (training will be provided)

Ideal candidate will possess knowledge/skills in the following areas:

- Knowledge of Sage 50 (accounting program) a definite asset
