What you'll do
- Manage all aspects of the advice centre under a regional staffing model
- Use metrics, performance indicators, CRM tools and productivity and compliance standards to deliver a seamless member experience
- Champion a member-centric culture with a focus on sales, service and operational excellence
- Fulfill reporting requirements examining performance, capacity and risk management and recommend improvements

What you've got
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field plus 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced knowledge of advice centre operations and financial products and services
- Ability to successfully build, empower and focus a team to achieve results
