Main Activities
The supervisor is responsible for administrative and executive tasks,activities of staff,daily operations of facilities to ensure highest quality services.
assist with education,of staff
evaluate education needs,audit charts,completed tasks
Assist with creation of forms, execute fire drills, support OH&S initiatives
Generate and organize schedules and provide on call support
order all cleaning, medical and paper supplies
Ensure that resources such as food, equipment and medications are available
Ensure resources such as food, equipment, supplies are ordered and available
Audit workflow and identify gaps and
Assist with enhancing and improving currently used forms
Assist with daily operation of Sanctum and Sanctum 1.5
Qualifications
The successful candidates will have the following
Cultural sensitivity of First Nations issues
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with staff and clients
Willingness to adapt to new concepts, techniques and best practices in the academic and clinical fields of HIV, chronic disease management, addictions harm reduction and trauma informed care
Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
Computer proficiency
Ability to work flexible shifts
Preference given to LPN trained individual
CPR/First Aid/Food safety certificate/Knowledge of TLR, up to date immunization
