SaskEnergy is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our Customer Service team. The Customer Service Representative I (CSR) responds to customer inquiries and requests, provides customer account administration regarding billings, receivables and service related requests and coordinates service call scheduling for planned or emergency maintenance.
The CSR will possess strong communication skills and the ability to provide sound judgment in daily decision making. Customer service and organizational skills are paramount. This position is permanent part-time and works approximately 3 - 5 days per week in a call centre environment (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Keyboard proficiency of 35 w.p.m.
- One (1) year experience in an office and/or customer service environment utilizing computer based software in a windows environment.
Additional Information
- Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required on occasion.
