Job Posting Utilities Vegetation Assessor
Company: Living Skies Environmental
Location: Throughout Saskatchewan
Status: Full-time with possibility as an employee or contractor
Salary: To be determined upon experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
Good knowledge of tree species
Ability to read maps
Knowledge of how the Legal Land Description works
Ability to communicate with landowners and get consent to remove, slash or trim trees
Ability to travel anywhere in Saskatchewan and work independently
Must have valid provincial drivers license
Must have ATV and snowmobile experience and be safety certified
Must have own laptop and smart phone in good working condition
University degree preferred in Forestry, Environment Science or Natural Resource Management or College diploma related field
3+ years experience in a related field such as Arboriculture, Vegetation Management, Forestry or Line Clearing
ISA Certified Arborist or Utility Tree Trimmer of Certified Utility Arborist
Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work safely, both independently and as part of a team and possess the willingness to learn and progress

This is full-time work with a work schedule of 10 days on - 4 days off shift or could possibly be a mutually agreed upon schedule
