Description

The successful candidate will possess:

The ability to assess overall residential maintenance, including but not limited to:

-Repair & Maintain Property - Painting, light plumbing, flooring (laminate/vinyl tile - labour only) and general maintenance issues in townhouse interiors/ exteriors and grounds.

-Maintain standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.

-Successful candidate must have valid drivers license and currently live in Canada.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $23.00 +/- per hour
