CLEAN & PREPARE Suites for Move-In Ready Rentals: Maintain High Standards of Cleaning ~ Kitchen - all counters & cabinets all appliances inside & out - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher -sweep & mop suites throughout - Bathrooms - Sanitize all counters, sinks, cabinets, mirrors and faucets, toilet, showers/bathtubs -Bedrooms - all light-fixtures, etc...
*Require capable individual able to complete tasks in a timely manner w/ a Can Do Attitude.

+ Painting ability a plus (interior walls/touch ups).
