Our growth plans require the addition of an Engineering Team Lead within our A + M Division. Your leadership experience combined with knowledge of engineering methods and design software are required to help take Vale Industries to the next phase of strategic growth.  Your ability to manage projects and people are paramount to deliver safe, innovative products of quality and integrity.

- Responsible for the management of projects within the Aggregate + Mining Engineering Department
- Work collaboratively with other members of the management, sales, and production teams
- Develop and direct detailed plans to accomplish goals and technical activities relating to product designs
- Provide training and mentoring to implement practical and applied engineering principles
- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed within the company
- Direct groups of engineers and designers
- The performance and quality of Vale products within their respective industries  
- Technical Product support for all products from design to manufacturing, to operations through to the customer.
- It is the expectation that the successful candidate for this position help promote a safe and positive work environment.
**Preference will be given to those with Structural Engineering experience, demonstrated Project Management success and Machine Design in Aggregate/Mining/Agriculture**
