E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Service Manager to manage our Service Department at our Carlyle location. This is a phenomenal career opportunity with a family owned and operated company who heavily emphasizes employee satisfaction and career growth.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Corporate Service Manager
- Manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff
- Identify and support growth areas within the department
- Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
- Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have superior communication & customer service skills
- Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
- Experience scheduling and planning projects
- Advanced leadership skills
- Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
- Previous managerial experience
- Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
- Previous Service Management experience an asset
- Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
- Agricultural background an asset
