Explore this exciting opportunity as Human Resources Generalist with a growing agricultural organization.

In this key role you will work closely with the management and employee teams based in and near the Kipling, Sask area.

As Human Resources Generalist, you will provide guidance and support in many areas of Human Resources, including:  
- Recruitment and Employee Onboarding
- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Payroll & benefits
- Training & Development
- HR Administration

As the ideal candidate, you will bring:
- 2+ years of human resources experience supported by a Bachelors degree in human resources or related field.  
- Working knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, communications, etc.  Experience in the agriculture industry is an asset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple tasks and expectations.  
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to relate and interact at all levels within the business; a willingness to travel up to 20% between sites as needed.
