Description

The Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop is looking to hire a job coach who will assist individuals with barriers to learn and perform their work duties. Work will be in Weyburn, Midale, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
- Transporting the individual to their place of employment.
- Liaising with the employer.
- Proactively identifying challenges and problem solving for the mutual benefit of the employer and the employee.
- Supervise Work Crew members as they complete odd jobs around the community, while ensuring their safety.
- Reporting to the Employment Coordinator.

Requirements:
- Class 5 Drivers license with clear drivers abstract
- Criminal Record Check with vulnerable persons check
- $2 million liability insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Cell phone
