Commercial Cleaner / Janitorial Services

Specific Skills and requirements:

Vacuum carpeting and area rugs
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Dust furniture, baseboards
Sweep, mop
Wash Floors and Windows
Clean and disinfect bathrooms & "high touch areas" including toilets, sinks, fixtures and appliances
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities:

Professional Office building environment with multiple business tenants, washrooms and gym facilities
Repetitive Tasks & Attention to detail
Combination of kneeling, standing, walking and bending

Other mandatory requirements:

Bondable
Clean Criminal Abstract
Previous cleaning experience
Dependable and Reliable
Work Hours:

must be able to work after 5 pm
transportation to and from Office Building
wage:  $15/hr. (plus bonuses)
