Nelson Motors & Equipment is a growing, family-owned, John Deere agriculture dealership with 5 locations in southeast Saskatchewan.  We've been in the business for over 60 years taking care of customers, employees and the communities we serve.  

We have an opening for a customer focused, high achiever with experience in promoting products and solutions of new and used agriculture and turf equipment. As part of the sales team, the Territory Sales Manager enjoys meeting with people, creating the best solutions for customers and strives to exceed expectations of both the company and the people you serve.

A successful candidate for a Territory Sales Manager meets the following qualifications:

Minimum 1-year equipment sales experience
Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment, John Deere equipment knowledge preferred
Understanding of farming operations, a strong asset
Technology experience; laptops, tablets, Microsoft Office, internet and precision farming
Understanding of basic sales reports to analyze and interpret data
Ability to work flexible hours and live in the area
Valid driver's license required; forklift license an asset
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a variety of personality types
Enjoy problem solving, information gathering and probing deeper
Motivated to exceed expectations through goal setting and targets
