Description

The Synod of Saskatchewan is looking for a new Synod Youth Coordinator.  This person works to coordinate Presbyterian Youth Programming throughout the province including working with SPY (Saskatchewan Presbyterian Youth), VBS (Vacation Bible School) in various congregations, supporting Saskatchewan Participation in the Canada Youth Conference in Ontario every two years, and equipping and encouraging youth ministries in our congregations.  This is a part-time year-round independent contracted position compensated at $250 per day up to a maximum of 112 days per calendar year.   Knowledge of Presbyterian polity and practices is an asset.  Job duties will be modified according to current COVID 19 pandemic precautions.  Consideration will be given to applicants wishing to fulfill the position by distance.
