Company Overview:
In business since 1982, Affiliated Auto Wrecking has been under new ownership since 2007. We carry all kinds of parts for all makes of cars and trucks including used, aftermarket, and new parts.
We are seeking an Administrative Scale Attendant to join our team!
Environment:
Industrial, fast-paced
Steel-toed boots are required
All other necessary PPE is provided
Key Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional customer service, greets customers and assists them with their needs
Weighs all loads going in and out of the yard
Generates scale tickets, packing slips, bills of lading
Enters customer data into the system as required
Performs record-keeping system data entry as required
Performs house-keeping/cleaning duties as assigned
Processes sales as required
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to take direction as required
Computer skills are required
Superior communication skills
Previous knowledge of dispatch and creating bills of lading is an asset
