AA Family Restaurant Inc. o/a Can-Am Restaurant Whitewood is looking for an experienced and skilled Full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Conditions:
-Position: Food Service Supervisor
-Full-time, Permanent position, 40hr/week (shifted schedule), 8 hours a day, may have to do overtime if it needs. But, applicants who are interested in part-time work will be considered.
-Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule.
-Hourly Wage: $14.00 ~ 18.50/hour

Requirements:
-Experience: 1 year of experience in food preparation or service are required.
-Education: Completion of secondary school

Job Duties:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
Establish work schedules and procedures
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Supervise and check assembly of regular food delivery
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies,
procedures and budgets
May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
