AA FAMILY RESTAURANT INC. DBA Can-Am Restaurant is looking for an experienced and skilled Full-Time Food Service Manager.

Conditions:
    Position: Food Service Manager
    Full-Time, Permanent position, 40 hrs/week (shifted schedule) 8 hours a day, may have to do overtime if it needs. But applicants interested in part-time work will be considered.
    Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
    Hourly Wage: $20.00~25.00/hour
    Benefits: Vaction Pay

Requirements:
    Experience: 1 year of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
Education: Completion of secondary school

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant and the other food or
beverage service
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for events
