Description

Wanted: Full-time ECE to join our team at Qu'Appelle Daycare Inc. as soon as possible. This is a position that can work around your schedule. We are willing to discuss shift times, as we have some flexibility. We are looking for a mature, reliable and committed individual who enjoys working with young children.  
Early Childhood Certificate and experience in the childcare field would be beneficial but not necessary.
Qu'Appelle Daycare is located in the school in Qu'Appelle Saskatchewan. It is a non-profit organization licensed to provide care for 22 children ages 18 months to 12 years old. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m to 6:00 p.m Monday to Friday.

 - Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
 - Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members

 - Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
 - Observe children and report on observations to supervisor
 - Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
 - Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
 - Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
