Description

1. Oversee operations to ensure compliance with quality standards;
2. Contact clients and convince them to choose our service;
3. Supervise the activities of our plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technicians to ensure efficient job performance and timely service;
4. Maintain accurate record of all accounts and relevant financial information;
5. Follow up customers to obtain feedback for next services;
6. Attend workshops and study relevant publications to stay up-to-date with developments in the Plumbing, heating and air-conditioning industry;
7. Responsible for marketing to potential customers, and able to sell all relevant products, such as furnaces and air-conditioners, to potential customers;
8. Present reports and updates to the owner on work activities;
9. Address complaints and resolve problems raised by customers.
10. Due to work environment, bilingual user of English and Chinese Mandarin is required.
