Facility: COMMUNITY HEALTH (MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES)
Job Description: The incumbent will provide Psychology services to a primarily adult population. These services will be delivered through a combination of direct services, consultation, community resource development and education.  The incumbent will work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

The Psychologist  Masters reports directly to the Supervisor of Adult Community Services or his/her designate.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized University
Must have a current practicing registration with Sask. College of Psychologists with an Authorized Practice Endorsement
Experience
Minimum 2 years work experience providing direct clinical services to adults as well as demonstrated assessment skills, appropriate to the profession and experience providing direct clinical services to client groups.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning
Understanding of clinical theory, best practice, and experience in working with adult and/or child and youth mental health populations
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Ability to facilitate educational and skill development groups.
A demonstrated ability to meet and work with clients, utilizing sound judgment, tact, initiative and high standards of integrity and responsibility
Ability to collect, record and report comprehensive client information accurately in verbal, written and electronic formats in accordance
