Melfort United Church is looking for an ambitious and self-motivated individual to fill the permanent part-time position of Office Administrator. Hours of work and wages are negotiable.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Some post-secondary training
Strong computer skills
Experience with Microsoft Office: Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Experience with Simply Accounting
The ability to work with little or no
supervision
The ability to assist a wide variety of
people
The position includes:
Receptionist duties
All manner of written office
communications
Bookkeeping
Accounts payable and receivable
Prepare bank deposits
Process incoming and outgoing mail
manually or electronically
Provide general information to members and
the public
Other duties as assigned by the board
