Affinitys Strategy Execution & Operations area is looking for a smart, dynamic leader to serve as Operations Design Lead. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, innovative and analytical.

- Provide operational expertise that drives change and process improvement to generate efficiencies, streamline processes and systems.
- Lead, manage and provide influence in projects thatll improve existing processes
- Monitor and advise on organization wide initiatives to ensure an optimal member experience.

What youve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field and 5 years of related experience or an equal combination of education and experience. Lean/quality improvement background preferred.
- Interpersonal and management experience leading enterprise projects.
- Ability to deliver continuous process improvement across various business units involving diverse stakeholder groups.
