Buffalo Head Environmental Ltd. is looking for qualified, energetic people to join our growing team!
Specifically, primary duties will relate to client and project portfolio management. You will report through the project management team directly to the Manager of Reclamation and Remediation and have the support of the entire Buffalo Head team.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
Working on a large volume of time sensitive and long-term projects while ensuring client needs and budgets are met;
Liaising with key stake holders including clients, landowners, service providers, governing agencies and senior project personnel;
Directing and coaching Jr. team members;
Preparing formal reports and approval submissions;
Other duties as required.
The successful candidates will have:
A degree or technical diploma in biology, environmental science, agriculture, geology, geography or other related discipline;
A member in good standing with a license to practice as a professional biologist, agrologist, engineer or geo-scientist within Saskatchewan.
Experience in the environmental field is required;
5-10 years of experience with project and client management;
Knowledge of Saskatchewan oil and gas sector;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to meet tight deadlines;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
Experience with reclamation projects Phase I, Phase II, Phase III ESAs, DSAs, LAFs, AORs, SSLAs and SSRAs; and,
Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean abstract.
