Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Coordinator will work with the Program Department Staff to assist with the coordination of the delivery of training, services and activities that are aimed at building the capacity of the clients that SFNFCI serves. Training program areas include but are not limited to group homes, prevention, boards, youth shelters and caregivers. The successful candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge, skills and abilities related to the coordination of training programs and special projects. Strong self-direction and motivation with excellent organizations skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including abilities to work effectively as a member of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise professional documentation, correspondence and reports. Demonstrated ability to interpret and comply with the SFNFCIs policies and procedures; to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines and to operate a computer system using the Microsoft Office Suite.
