Looking for reliable and energetic individuals to work in our processing and exporting facility. Previous farm and seed cleaning experience would be valuable however we are willing to train the right candidates.
As a new employee you will be trained in seed cleaning and processing following standard operating procedures and performing regular machine/plant maintenance.
The role will involve:
Maintaining and operating processing and ag equipment
Transporting grain
Sampling and grading
Completion of procedure and workplace forms
Facility sanitation
Taking part in some agricultural activities
Requirements:
Physically fit/active
Ability to work with heights
Able to work with computers and technology
Own transportation with a minimum class 5, class 1A preferred
Clean drivers abstract
Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Problem Solving abilities
These are full-time permanent positions, and we are looking for individuals to join our team long term. Benefits available. Wages dependent on experience and willingness to learn new skills.

- Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
- Operate machinery to process and bag, box or otherwise package food products
- Observe gauges, computer printouts and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions
- Make adjustments to process variables
- Maintain shift log of production and other data
- Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
