What youll be doing.
The Online Specialist is a valued member of the Motor Sports Customer Experience Team. Your role is the first opportunity our customers have to experience the FFUN way of doing business. Youre part of a talented team of customer service concierges that guide our customers through the recreation vehicle buying experience. Working with some of the most amazing products on earth (Can-Am, SeaDoo, SkiDoo, Harley's, maybe even some Euro Bikes), this isnt about selling, its about helping our customers. Build rapport focused on understanding needs and wants, the foundation to providing a completely unique and personalized purchase experience for each and every customer. Assist customers to get qualified for loans on those sweet products and schedule appointments to visit our in-store Product Specialists. And have some fun gosh darn it! This role is like a Walmart Greeter on steroids, so if you can multi-task with the best of them while providing excellent service, youre about to ride a huge wave of success.
Well keep things simple, measuring your performance on:
-Contacts made
-Response time
-Booked appointments
-Credit applications completed
Complete these metrics paired with a great attitude and youre 90% there. For the rest, were looking for:
-Computer literacy and exceptional telephone etiquette
-Strong command of the English language, verbal and written
-High school education required, some college/vocational preferred
-Previous Receptionist or Automotive experience would be considered an asset
