JOB SUMMARY
This is a full-time, 40 hr/week position, part time can be considered too. The Garment Machine Operator is responsible to work within a team to produce quality products. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants actively contributing to a positive, growing team with a 100% positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely and effectively operate ear loop attaching machine
Ensures all product quality standards are met.
Communicates with team to problem solve any issues with the production line and assembly of the product.
In accordance with assembly line procedures, carries through on all changes as required.
As a part of a team, participates in product inspection, packaging, and shelving
Responsible to keep work area clean.
Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Willingness to learn sonic ear loop welding machines
Ability to work positively in a team environment
Ability to practice honest, direct, and respectful communication
Physical stamina to sit and safely perform the duties
Commitment to working in order to accomplish daily goals
Uses a collaborative approach to problem solving
Job Type: Full-time/ Part time; We currently running 8-4; 4-12 including weekend shifts; Option to accommodate different shifts.
Salary: $11.32-12.00 /hour
