Description

When you join our Customer Care team, you will guide people through the claims process when a loss occurs, using empathy and excellent communication skills. This team also works alongside our clients and brokers for the purpose of preventing losses through inspections and valuations. We strive to create positive relationships with every interaction regardless of whether it is a client, broker or contractor.

My Mutual seeks an individual to demonstrate and carry out our people first vision. After training, this person will work from home and live in the *southern* region of the province.

Responsibilities:

    Organize your own schedule, make appointments, meet deadlines, and manage your time effectively
    Travel across Saskatchewan
    Document, document, document
    Respond to customers via all forms of communication in a timely manner
    Negotiate and process payments
    Turn negatives into positives
    Use critical thinking in inspections

Qualifications:

    Financial, analytical, and planning skills, capable of critical thinking and problem-solving
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Demonstrates initiative, handling multiple time-critical projects
    Knowledge of insurance industry is an asset, construction experience is also valuable
