Job Description:
Responsible for providing confidential, secretarial, administrative and other support duties for the Site Leader/Director of Care for Goodwill Manor. The incumbent contributes to good public and internal relations through friendly, courteous and personal contact with the general public and staff. Duties are in keeping with the Mission Statement and Values of Goodwill Manor.
Job Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
A certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized Administrative or Management program
Experience
2 years experience in health care field.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office products, Publisher, database software, e-mail and internet
Experience with advanced accounting software applications.
Additional Information:
Expected Start Date: November 8, 2020
Expected Up To Date: December 31, 2021
FTE: 0.70
Hours of Work:
Shift Information: Days, Evenings
In a 2 week rotation: 7 shifts of 7.50 hour
